I attended this webinar with the view of how can social media platforms be used as a portal to a gallery who purchases AR/VR work. Imagery works well on this platform watching and experiencing work on video clips.


I thought that the target market for the webinar of art organisations would be good so I could see the concerns some galleries and makers were having with engagement and audience interaction.



Examples:

Tiktok helping the gallery in lockdown

The uffizi engaging younger audiences and trending using filters and AR tech on famous works









National gallery seeing that they can do a pay per view model for online tours and experiences
